Tuesday, November 14, 2006 so sweet of Yeow Kwang and Gary to actually remember my bdae. was online chatting with Yeow Kwang last nite abt wrk and he mentioned abt it.keke..and as for Gary, he mzged me in the afternOon asking me abt my bdae!!!but then again, i still have no plans for it yet(no doubt its abt a mth away only). totally no plans at all. but one thing for sure, i'll be in SG lah!!!going holidays from the 5 - 11 December and will be back in the afternoOn.and bdae is on a wednesday..wont be around during the weekends..cant celebrate late also..(doesnt make the point)..so..i guess it'll be a simple one bah..any suggestions? let me knw asap..help me think...so many things i wanNa do but then so little time..was thinking of getting a chalet..but..hmm..duNno leh..hurhurhur..hard to take leave or wad also leh..boOk a hotel roOm and just party inside?..muahahaha..i duNno...need help!!!! finally got my hp back yesterday..but was so pisst with the service that Motorola provides!!! reached the collection counter abt 6plus. there was this guy standing at the counter staring into blank space. so i walked over and asked him where the queue was. he loOked around and told me there isnt any queue. so i kept quiet and waited. he simply just stare blank and then few mins later then he asked if he could help me. by that time, i was already kinda pisst off. he then told me that he needed 1/2hr to go downstairs(the collection counter is at level 5, Plaza Sing) to collect the phone and will call me back. after me waiting in front of him for a few mins and he staring into blank space. 1st guy guy: erm, miss..i'll need to go downstairs to collect your phone. its'll only be ready in 1/2hrs time. i'll call you once i got ur hp. me: hw can you call me when my hp is still with you??!! guy: *looks at dearie and pointed at him* erm..i can call him... me: fine..and dearie gave that guy his no. we then met up with juan and went for diNner..the time was abt 7pm. and till7.45pm there still wasnt any call frm Motorola. getting real irritated..iwent back to the counter and headed straight to the guy. me: *looks at guy*..is my hp ready? u said to call 1/2hr later, but i did not receive any calls from you at all!!! its already 7.45pm!!! guy looks at me n whisper to his colleague and went to serve another customer. simply pushed me over to his colleague who doesnt knw a single shit abt wad was going on. and went off!!! disappeared from the scene!!! 2nd guy juan: *to the 2nd guy aka that colleague* my friend came over at 7pm. and that colleague of urs took down her no and said to call back after 1/2hr later for the collection of hp but did not.. guy: *looks at us with a completely blur face*..erm.... and them pushed me over to another guy colleague again!!! by this time, iwas already boiling!!!! being pushed around like nobody's business!! 3rd guy me: look!!! i've been standing here for the past 15mins and was pushed around by 2 of ur colleagues. dun waste my time alright?..i dun have all the time in the world to wait for you pple!!! guy: *knwing that i was already in the midst of explosion* sorry miss, can i have your full name please? and i gave him my name and particulars that he needed or wanted. he loOked through the stack of papers the 1st time round but chldnt find my form. i stared straight in him thinking that he my hp was still somewhere out there, i think i'm gonNa turn their counter tables straight flat at their faces!! a 4th colleague came into the pic..and toOk my hp out and pass it over to him..he then took my hp, held onto it for awhile and serve another customer!!! but came back to me before i screamed at him again. me: can i have the name of that guy colleague of ur? guy: erm..which colleague are you refering to? me: that one who pushed my around and disappeared frm the scene here!! the one who went downstairs lah!!! guy:* turned and asked the 2nd guy who served me earlier on and ask who i was refering to*..erm..miss..its his 1st day today..... me: i dun care!!! wad kinda service is this? have u got any idea how long of a time have i been standing here waiting? i want you to write his name down on a piece of paper and pass it to me. guy:*took a piece of paper and wrote the name down..hands shaking*.. juan: i want his full name.. guy: erm...*looking as though he's goNna shit on his pants any moment*.. me: forget it..i just want his name..im sure your company can check it out.. can u believe it? just by taking back my phone..it toOk me like an hr plus and 3 customer service pple!!! wad kinda service..will go lodge a complain.. wrk was terrible today..total bad day for me..seriously wonder hw long more can i stay put here..sigh..had a long chat with elayne after wrk..went over cathy for a short walk..and over to ya-kun to makan and talk. everything abt wrk and life..keke..been colleagues and friends with her for more than half yr and this is like the 1st time we really go out together after wrk..hurhurhur.. will be going over Siang hie's plc on Sunday..her bB's one mth!!! so loOkin forward..will have pics of her bB coming up soOn.. Sunday(12 Nov) was daddy's bdae and we all went out for lunch together!!! instead of a family of 5..it nw becomes 7!!!! keke..i searched through some resturants and had dearie to call up to boOk hte table..keke..the whole lunch added up to near $200..over at river palace resturant..foOd was alrite..hurhurhur..accompanied daddy over to bugis to get his new hp!!!! N70..the music edition..keke..there after which me n dearie toOk a walk around buigs and i had my nails done!! keke..will have the pic up also as well soOn.. my PerFeCt LifE-`.  |
