Thursday, April 19, 2007 Spent the whole day with dearie yesterday..bought breakkie dwn for him..i had my Mac big breakfast wherelse he had Han's omelette..slept in for like the whole day..muahahaha..slack..ordered pizza to eat..not bad though..can be conisdered nice than pizza hut..muahahahaha..and cheaper also..they hav more choices but I cant remember the name of it!!! Hurhurhur…shall go check it out when I remember..hee.. Aniwae, wrk is pretty much as usual today..till Siang hie told me something in the later part of the morning..something that drove the both of us crazy!!! Pauline (our ops manager)..someone whom we supported so much to take over Mr Lim when she was having her doubts..saying that we'll really help her as much as we chld..this is what she sent out to other department heads in the morning.. Subject: Resignation of Siang Hie & Yeo Shu Ting Dear all Pls inform your dept that the above member last day will be on 30 Apr 07. With immediate effect to liase with Joyce Tai or myself on Siang Hie's duties & for Shu Ting pls correspond or pass documents to Nurul or Mastura. Come on lah..its like WTF lah..from now till mth end, its still like a week+ more to go..and she just send an email out like that? w/o informing us or wadsoever at all!!!! Then the email was naturally circulated ard by the heads to their departments!!! And nw, its like the whole world knws abt it!!! Damn her lah..we've NEVER practised this kinda custom before in our company lor..till nw, shes like giving or doing a head start in which we having NO fucking idea why is she doing such a fucking thing??!! Since Joyce and Mas 'officially' came over to HQ which was like 2-3 weeks ago, she brought the whole department out for lunch asking them in front of me n Siang, we already kept quiet!!! Its not that we 'gien' her lunch or wad lor but the thing is that "Ello, we are still in the office..we are still partta the team"..dun treat us as transparent or wad lah!!! We've been there helping you eversince your day 1 when u took over this position lor..even if you dun appreciate it, you dun have to do such things lor..cox I believe, this kinda actions shldnt be done by a boss!!! If you dun respect your people, dun expect them to respect you lah~~ damn her lor..its really disappointing lor..to think that she's such a person..and that’s one of the MAIN reason why I decided to throw in my resignation letter. Really dun see the point in staying and helping since with the way things are nw..and nw with this email out, its gives me n Siang the more not to do anything already..or rather, not necessary to put in so much effort or maybe any effort to continue with our things..i've not done any handover..i dun intend to since she did not mention anything..maybe all along, she thinks that im like just loafing around..so, i shall just let her think in such a way and when im gone, i'll definately clear my computer clean..not that clean but just to leave some rubbish behind..and let them have the best of it..damn her.. was on the fone with juan just nw for near ah hour..silly gal, sms me asking me if i was watching tele, tot that she wanted to gossip with me abt some tele shows or something like that..in the end, she was telling me that she long time no see me etc liao then wanted to chat but since i was watching my tele, she doesnt wanna disturb me..so naturally, hw can i bear to leave her and have the heart to watch my tele..keke..called her and we both updated each other abt life etc..keke..but i dun deny its been quite some time since we last met up and chat liao le..been busy..miss ya lotsa babe..must meet up when free kk..take good care of yourself hor.. throat feeling kinda irritating again...and nose as well... my PerFeCt LifE-`.  |
