Tuesday, December 02, 2008 for my case, its mainly on ticketing and hotels and some other adhoc stuffx..like ordering of stationeries, namecards, letterheads etc etc. basically, the ticketing is enough to drive you crazy as my office has like 200 over pple who has to fly...for those who does ticketing or has ever handled with it, im sure u understand..and ppl here in my office is 'superb' one lor...they like to tell you SUPER last minute..and EXPECT you to get them a seat by hook or by crook. come on lah, i dun sleep with the airline's bosses or wad lor..wad makes you think u can alwax get the things you want. and moreoever, the amt you r paying is not that much either lor...in fact, u r paying wad others are paying too....or either tat, there will be changes all the time...and i'll have to ensure that the tickets are those that can be changed etc etc. then company so 'fish-monger'...want cheap and want good...fiak man... like my coll's case, who is still stuck in BKK. yes, i do empathy for her situation n is trying my best to help her frm my side. and can u imagine..she was suppose to fly bk last thur...BKK went into state of emergency on Wed..she didnt even call me or email or let me know hw she is etc lor..till i had to loOk for my admin in BKK and ask for her, then she 'gan yan' tell me..walau, seriously, u die there or wad, its not my concern lor...im only suppose to fly u there and fly u back..thats it!!! then it was also till fri then her boss came asking me abt her, and TILL yesterdae, then told me to get her back by hook or by crook...WTF rite?...i did give my coll some other choices last fri to see if she wans it..but she doesnt want to opt for other choices..till yst, then i had my BKK adm to help her to get out frm there, then she called me to grumble..saeing stuffx like, walau, next time i dun wan to tk TG liao lah..the service sucks lor..i call on sun, then they sae im on waitlist, and will call me back, wait till nw nothing...blah blah blah blah, SQ already taking pple home already lah!..etc etc etc...come on lor..i already did ask u earlier on whether u wanna opt for other choices liao lor, but u dunwan mah..then ending becomes my fault?...then said that in future she wanna tk SQ..now in this kinda situation, even bosses for long haul cant tk business class, wad makes you so sure that u can tk SQ when the fares higher?...shit one lor.... i have to face this kinda shit on a daily basis..and seriously, im much better than before liao..afterall, its my 8th mth in this company todae...i sortta knw each of their characters and how they like to be pacified...shit one lor....even after going home, when i sleep, i can like wake up suddenly n think of my boss's iternaries, cox its still under waitlist and again, by hook or by crook. i'll have to get him on a plane to fly him there....haiz...work is never easy..i know...and im still learning how to handle things... but seriously lah, but appreciate what i do leh...you r a human being, so m i lor..u gt parents give birth to u, so m i lah~~~ i believe that if u want someone to respect you, u gtta 1st learn how to respect that person. wad ms chua saes is rite lor..if this goes on, we will be stranded in nowhere....ah bu's power is declining..her time is over..and nw, KT is trying all waes and means to stand out and fly up high..as high as possible.... why do i see wad has happened to guardian happening here.....even though there are times when we cannt tahan hw Angela works..but at least, shes still good to us...even at times or rather most times, she dun realli speak up for us..but somehow, i feel tat tat KT is like treating us good previously cox he's waiting for the chance to tk over us, and now when hes gaining all the power, his tail starts to show already.... shit man~~~~ sibei boringz....politically stressed out.... my PerFeCt LifE-`.  |
