hmm...haiz...todae's a freakin bad dae...dammit..spoilt my entire appetite during lunch...din eat much :(

whole story started from a booking to KUL. Allan came over last fri, just before i was going off for my nail's appt, came over to make an urgent booking to KUL todae with James. i was actualli checking prices for Tiger air, but Allan told me he din wan Tiger air, therefore, i booked him on Air Asia..

this morning, Don*Allan's boss* dropped me an email to question me abt why i booking Allan on Air Asia and not Tiger air when Tiger is much cheaper..

I have approved Allan trip but for future ,please seek my approval on fares before proceeding to book. I cannot rationale why we don't book tiger air which have
the same timing as Air Asia but almost > 50% cheaper . 2 ways cost only SGD50/= without check it .

and before lunch, KT called me with regards to the matter...so i told him that Allan told me that he din wanna take tiger air...and he told me that in future, dun allow them to choose the airline...he did give me an outine of wad was going on *which apparently spoilt my appetite BIG time*...Don wrote email to my big boss... :(

when i came back from lunch, saw the email..apparetly, after Don sent me the email, he sent it to my Boss too...

According to feedback, Allan requested to fly Air Asia instead of Tiger Air for this application. I have inform my member that we should not let staff choose. Just go by the policy from now on.

Any special request shall be approved by the BU head before we proceed.

was so pisst off with Allan lor...true i dun deny that i was at fault for giving in to simply just booking his ticket w/o checking the pricing..and that i should have left it till todae to do it, as that dae when they came over to wanna book the ticket,s its already off wrk timing..and giving tat i had to rush for my appt :(
